Yesterday BW asked on the Heartland Facebook page what the fans want to see in Season 7 other than Jack surviving and Ty & Amy getting married. Here are some of the comments posted about Tim. The one thing that was mentioned the most is Tim and Miranda working things out:
"I'd also love to see Miranda, Tim and Shane become a family."
"I want to see Tim make it work with Miranda and her and Shane move near Heartland"
"I'd like to see Tim killed off. He just burns my blood EVERY time I see him. Typical deadbeat parent. Runs the other way during the hard time of raising HIS children, but then comes back after all the hard work is done and the kids are independent and expects to be welcomed back with open arms and all the respect for a "parent". He was of no means a "parent". He was nothing more than a "sperm donor"."
"I'd love to see the whole family Ty, Lou, Amy, Jack, Peter, Mallory, Kate, Jack, Tim. All become closer again. It feels like they are being pushed away from each other hiding things, and keeping secrets."
"What else does Tim have up his sleeve in the new season?"
"Val and Tim goo of to money making money schemes and become unwanted in everyone's lives"
"Tim and Miranda work things out, and move in together at Heartland."
"Even if Tim does move for him to still be involved in his daughter's lives."
"Tim get his life in order and stop being such a a$$"
"Also, give a role to Tim to recover his role as father to his daughters and may the right women come into the scene in the homestead with family dialog."
"Tim having another kid he doesn't know about, "
"And maybe one of Tim`s girlfriend finds out that their pregnant"
"... and Tim and Shane stay at Heartland"
"Would love to see Peter and Lou settle into their own house.....maybe buy Tim's ranch."
"Tim and Miranda get together and he quits being such an A-hole."
"How about Tim growing up and acting more like an adult! Stop focusing on himself, he has three kids and grandchild to teach from his actions"
"Scott and Lou buy Tim's ranch and she makes the Guest ranch bigger "
"I hope that Jack lives and Tim and him get back to working togather and that Tim and Shane's mom get together And so Tim can have his son back"
"And oh how can I forget Tim! Although I don't like him very much I'd like to see him and his son together more! They are a great team!"
"More Shane at the ranch scenes maybe they should move to Tim`s ranch so he won't sell and move away"
"Less Tim - he's annoying, immature, lazy, a user-loser"
"Well, in case Tim is still around, it would be awesome if the writers pay him some courtesy and allow him to be the good guy for a change... "
"I'd love to see more scenes with Chris Potter"
"Lou and Peter buy out Tim"
"It would be good if things could finally work out for Tim."
"Tim back in rodeo"
"I think Tim should be back in rodeo and when he is in a tournament get thrown of a bull and almost die but not die"
"He (Caleb) actually sounds like a junior version of Tim. Maybe the two of them could find some time to "grow up" together? I look at the relationship that the family patriarch (name withheld by request) and juvenile delinquent (name withheld by request) have had and how beautifully that's worked out... Why can't Tim take a continued interest in mentoring Caleb? He already took Caleb to task for the pain-killer addiction problem he had. A rodeo legend like Tim is bound to be able to mold Caleb into a better professional cowboy."
"Tim getting together with the waitress where the horses were rescued! (A Heartland Christmas)"
"I'd love to see more of Tim and Shane's Father-son relationship"
"I would like to see Tim actually "get it"..."
"I would love to see some serious character development for Tim (and not the nonsense and childish behavior the writers have given him this season - it's getting really annoying because it feels as if we're back in Season 1)."
"Tim needs to grow up"
"Also like to see Tim for once not try but succeed in one of his plans ( obviously the right plan!!! he Always comes up with the wrong once ) Like for instance going after Miranda, knowing letting her go is the wrong thing to do!"
"Miranda and Tim stop jumping over the fence this way and that way...just get along"
"Tim needs to get rid of that controling jockey & get back with his son`s mom,"
"Tim marry Shane's mom and they live at Big River."
"Tim gives Lou and Peter part of Big River and they get their house together and have a little baby boy next."
"Give Tim and Caleb a storyline together, they had such great dramatic and comical scenes in the past Yes and please let Tim have some good times and a constant storyline. He and his fans need a break. Oh and I hope we see Chris back in the Director`s chair in Season 7"
